An equipment supplier looking for competitive differentiation needed a small pump and syringe package for their next-generation product. Existing pumps were too large, too imprecise or too complicated and costly for the new device that this particular customer was trying to develop.

Norgren worked across multiple customer departments, including purchasing and engineering, to develop a pump and syringe combination that met specific fluidic performance requirements in a small footprint. The added value of having the package pre-assembled at Norgren’s Kloehn facility allowed the customer to reduce their assembly time.
