A manufacturer of urinalysis equipment was aggregating fluid handling components themselves, diverting resources from their core competencies and obtaining less than optimal fluidic performance. They wanted an expert supplier who could design, manufacture and validate an integrated fluidic platform.

Leveraging its wide range of proven products, Norgren was able to integrate solenoid pumps, shear valves and syringe pumps on a layered manifold. This new system met all of the customer’s dispensing and performance requirements in a single integrated fluidic platform.
