With careful integration of our patented valve technology into the vehicle systems, Norgren GVT is able to reduce the size and weight of manifold blocks by up to 70%. By using direct acting valves, with orifices up to 13mm, response times are extremely fast and leak rates extremely low (o.1cc per minute).
With a reduced leakage rate and a reduced chassis weight, overall vehicle fuel efficiency will be improved which means cost savings for the owner. Additionally, by increasing the height accuracy, vibration levels will be reduced as well as overall strain on the drive train, which means more attention on the driving at hand. |

RAPID DUMP VALVE Rapid Dump Valves are piloted, normally open valves that receive a signal from the dashboard, and rapidly exhaust the air from the suspension air springs. The valve has a very narrow profile, and is available with or without push-to-connect fittings.

LIFT AXLE CONTROL MODULE This chassis mounted lift axle control module, specifically designed for the heavy duty truck and trailer industry, provides full pneumatic control. The module includes two industry proven brake-style relay valves integrated into a single unit for compactness and ease of installation. It provides excellent flow capability for rapid axle actuation and is available with an optional control solenoid for electric control. This solution is more robust than the commonly used spool valves which can suffer from contamination and temperature extremes. |

As the North American and emerging markets start to move away from mechanical suspension, Norgren GVT is well placed to offer the market a low cost, fully integrated electric solution, using Norgren GVT's patented designs of solenoid valves.
In Europe, Norgren GVT continues to work with customers, providing smaller, lighter and more cost effective solutions using our unique Large Orifice Direct Acting Valve.
