Active Filter Regeneration System Solutions

As the emissions control requirements continue to set higher limitations on allowable levels of emissions such as NOx and particulate matter, the need for Diesel Particulate Filters will continue to grow.

 

As most truck applications will require active regeneration of the DPF due to the unpredictability of the duty cycle, it is critical to have control over DPF Regeneration processes such as fuel vaporization and temperature control.

AIR PURGE CONTROL MANIFOLD

Unlike competing products in the marketplace, our Air Purge Control Manifold has the following benefits;

COMPLETE AIR / DIESEL MANIFOLD

Complete system that can control Chassis Air, Charge Air or Diesel. System includes check valves, regulators, filters, shut-off valves, and pressure sensors.

CHARGE AIR CONTROL VALVE

High flow rate and a robust design which can withstand high temperatures.

COMBUSTION AIR RELEASE VALVES

Allows precise release of charge air when needed and has a robust design so that it can withstand the high temperatures of the engine exhaust.

EXHAUST BACK PRESSURE VALVES

Has a high parasitic loading which helps raise the exhaust temperature and is water cooled with brushless electric drives.

HC DOSING TECHNOLOGY

Exhaust mounted unit with water cooled injectors, and a high accuracy fluid injection. Allows accurate dosing of Diesel, AdBlue or hydrocarbons. Valve has a robust design and is able to withstand Urea freezing within it as well as the tough environment found when mounted directly on the exhaust pipe.

  • Robust design which can be mounted on the exhaust pipe.
  • Lifetime greater than 110 million cycles.
  • Controlled via PWM Signal
