Current Solutions Include:

JUNCTION Our Junction Manifolds, which are available as both standard and customized solutions, connect multiple tubes together and replace complex multiple fitting assemblies. Additionaly, other functionalities such as Pressure Protection Valves and Check Valves can be incorporated.   Main Benefits include: Reduced leak paths Reduced weight Reduced Footprint, especially in "In-Cab" installations

PASS THROUGH Our Pass Through manifold is a pneumatic / electric device that comes in a small footprint and provides a single sealed junction point for several pneumatic and electrical connections. This device, which is located on the firewall or vehicle bulkhead transfers air from the Cab to the Engine Bay, and replaces multiple bulkhead type fittings. Additional functionalities such as Pressure Protection Valves or Check Valves can also be incorporated.   Available only as a customized solution, this manifold will provide the following benefits; Simplified installation & reduced assembly time (tubing and electrical wiring still required can be completed during production) Airtight one-piece composite moulded body as a result of an innovative ultrasonic welding technique Consolidation of components resulting in material cost savings & weight reduction Increased overall efficiency

POSI-CLIK Our Posi-Clik Manifolds incorporate the benefits of our Posi-Clik tube technology, and can be supplied as Pass-Thru or Bulkhead Manifolds. Results in increased flexibility as it can be used for multiple applications, and additional functionalities such as Pressure Protection Valves or Check Valves can be incorporated. In addition to increased flexibility, this manifold style will also result in decreased tooling costs.

INTEGRATED PRESSURE PROTECTION VALVE This manifold incorporates the Pressure Protection Valve technology into a Junction Manifold so that all tube connections contained within are protected by an integrated Pressure Protection Valve.
