FUEL TANK VENTS Our fuel tank vents are available in 1/4, 1/2 and 1-1/4 inch NPT configurations, with and without barb fittings. All come with patented anti-spill protection. Specific designs are suitable for high back-flow or low-profile applications; some vents include safety venting features.

LINE GUARD Our patented Lineguardİ breakaway valves are first fit and retrofit devices for vehicles with crossover fuel lines. The valves separate in the event of an impact, and seal off both the fuel tanks and crossover lines. The basic function of the valve is to provide a weak link or "fuse" in the crossover line that prevents failure of the other components when the line encounters an obstruction.
As the valve separates, both halves shut off, preventing a loss of fuel while leaving the rest of the system intact. The valve is available in different mounting configurations for various applications.

RETURN FLOW SPLITTER Our return flow splitter is used in many of today's Class 8 vehicles to evenly distribute return flow of fuel to the fuel tanks, eliminating the need for a crossover line.
This innovative product for dual draw, dual return fuel systems was introduced in the early 1990's, and has been adopted as standard equipment on a variety of vehicle makes. This patented product features identical variable flow openings to control return fuel flow which will, with a properly designed and maintained draw system, provide proper fuel balance in dual tank systems.

FUEL CAPS In 1980, we introduced the first effective anti-spill tank vent for diesel powered heavy-duty vehicles. Since then, we have gone on to introduce dozens of innovative fuel system products, many of them patented.
Our fuel caps incorporate a unique combination of thermal, venting and pressure relief to protect the fuel system in the event of a fire or a rollover. These devices ensure that diesel fuel is not released prematurely, while minimizing the opportunity for pressure build-up inside the tank. The safety devices are engineered into rugged, aluminium die-castings that stand up to daily use and abuse. All designs meet or exceed FHWA guidelines for leakage, drop tests and flame tests.
The vented fuel tank caps are supplied in a broad variety of 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5 and 4 inch sizes with integral breather vents and safety venting features. Options include chrome, matching locks and custom logos. Also available are closure-only caps which are custom designed for special applications where a separate fuel tank is located in the fuel tank.
