With our new patented solenoid valve designs and engineering expertise, Norgren GVT is well placed to support vehicle manufacturers wishing to add the option of air suspension, and its promise of increased rider safety and comfort as well as increased stability control for off-road performance. Regardless of whether you need single components or a complete system, we can work with you in developing a solution for managing rear levelling to adjusting and controlling the ride height of the vehicle, as well as designing a dynamic system that can take into account road condition, speed and vibration levels.
Full Air Suspension:Norgren GVT offers a block integrating their patented Solenoid Valve technology to provide a low power, low leak rate, and high flow solution. This block offers the control cabability required of a full 4-corner air suspension system in a package that is 30% smaller and lighter than similar solutions by other manufacturers. |
Rear Levelling, Ride Height:A smaller version of the Full Air Suspension technology mentioned above is also available to provide real levelling for light trucks and estate cars / station wagons. |
X Link (Cross Link):The addition of Norgren GVT's patented High Flow Balanced Valve technology provides the Air Suspension Module with full off-road capability, allowing for extremes of high-speed articulation which is expected under the most demanding circumstances. |
