S t a g e 1 – Pressroom
Norgren Automotive is a market leader in the design and manufacture of press automation systems. Depending on the needs of your application, our approach is based on the successful Pathfinder® system or on the introduction of robot automation lines. For each system we are able to offer simultaneous design capabilities as well as production line simulation software. Our capabilities also include pneumatic process control valves to optimise press efficiency to the latest safety standards.
S t a g e 2 – Body and Assembly
Norgren Automotive is the only fullservice supplier with the ability to provide pneumatic components, automation components and transfer systems for the complete body and assembly process. Our portfolio covers pneumatic control valves, actuators, air preparation equipment, robot end-of-arm tooling, power clamps, conveyors, dump units (power pivots) and gantry automation systems—truly a global onestop shop.
S t a g e 3– Paint
Norgren Automotive’s proven product range includes both proportional and process valve technologies: two essential disciplines within spray booth applications. Norgren air preparation equipment is also extensively used in paint spray applications, together with our integrated valve manifold technology.
S t a g e 4 – Engine and Transmission, Powertrain
Norgren Automotive offers a flexible range of options for engine and transmission applications. These include linear and area gantry automation, buffers and stacking systems for a complete turnkey solution. Norgren Automotive delivers systems built on the W+M tradition to satisfy precision manufacturing demands for the highest quality components, from support beams to grippers to user-friendly control systems.

From fitting windshields via automated control, to rolling road technology and nut running the smallest components, Norgren Automotive can offer you the right pneumatic products, the engineering expertise and the in-depth applications experience in every discipline of the FTA process.
In order to ensure the success of your program, we will make a number of clear commitments, including a full-time Program Manager, Simultaneous Engineering Team, Project Plan and Review Program, Full-time Site Manager During Installation and Commissioning, Full Consignment Stock as well as Long-term Support Staff.
