In chassis and cab applications, Norgren strives to eliminate leakage in air braking and auxiliary systems and to provide our customers with integrated solutions adapted to their needs. Our product range covers
» push-in and composite vehicle fittings for air braking and other on-board vehicle applications
» Manifolds, which bring significant advantages to air brake and auxiliary systems. These include fewer potential leak paths, reduced assembly time, higher truck throughput, smaller overall size and the replacement of many individual fittings by a single unit.

» Norgren also produces products for a number of other applications related to chassis/cab. These include suspension, power take-off, rear wheel steering, fuel cut-off, fifth wheel, axle lift, instrumentation, air seat, visual indicators, and air horn.
Norgren designs powertrain solutions that enable truck manufacturers to comply with emissions legislation and protect the environment without compromising performance, delivering reductions in NOX and particulate levels of up to 90%. In addition to standard products such as solenoid valves, Norgren has the capability to design and manufacture completely custom and cost-effective valve solutions.
Be it custom valves, or standard valves on custom manifolds, Norgren's proven technology meets temperature, vibration and voltage tolerance requirements according to IP69K.
Norgren provides valve and actuation technology for all current and future advanced turbo control systems. Pressure modulating valves with or without integrated pressure sensors and closed loop electronic control, as standalone design as well as manifolds, compressor housing integration or adaptation. Norgren provides high performance actuators for heavy duty cylinders with or without position sensing systems to optimise exhaust gas recirculation rates.
