A manufacturer of anaesthetic machines required a manifold for pressure control of medical gases with a built in gas alarm safety feature. Low leakage and accurate pressure control are critical.
NORGRENSOLUTION
Modular V08 valves, RM1 miniature cartridge regulators and fittings in a compact manifold. The system is assembled and fully tested in Norgren’s clean room facilities.

FLOW CONTROL IN OXYGEN CONCENTRATORS
This high flow valve unit can achieve flows of 1200 l/min. The integrated poppet cartridge valves have very low leakage and long life in demanding conditions.
MIXING OF REAGENTS IN CHROMATOGRAPHY
Equal distances between all inputs and the highly repeatable valves employed ensure an accurate mixing of reagents while eliminating much tubing. The configuration, the number of valves and base material can be adapted to the customer application.
FLOW CONTROL OF DE-IONISED WATER IN IN-VITRO DIAGNOSTICS
