The choice of the most suitable solenoid valve for a given application depends on the following factors:

       »  minimum and maximum working pressure
       »  minimum and maximum differential pressure
       »  minimum and maximum flow
       »  specific gravity, viscosity and type of media
       »  ambient and fluid temperature
       »  electrical specifications

It is recommended not to select a solenoid valve only by it's tube or orifice size (see technical questionnaire).
