    Apprenticeships and Internships

    Our apprenticeship programmes offer a unique opportunity to acquire new skills while maintaining a sustainable income. It is structured around a dual education model that seamlessly integrates classroom instruction with practical on-the-job training.

    As an apprentice, you will actively apply your academic knowledge and gain hands-on experience within one of our production facilities. Your responsibilities will involve a wide spectrum, from tasks like turning, milling, and assembly to acquiring proficiency in metalworking and gaining insights into intricate mechanical, electronic, and IT systems. Upon successfully completing the program, you will embark on an exciting journey towards a promising career.

    At our German locations in Alpen and Bad Oeynhausen, we offer a range of commercial, technical, and industrial apprenticeships every August and September. These apprenticeships range from 2 to 3 ½ years.
