PET bottle production is one of the most compressed air intensive processes in the beverage industry - and one of the most exposed to rising energy costs, tighter hygiene requirements and growing demand for higher output. When global bottling equipment specialist Tech Long needed to overcome the limitations of a legacy blowing block system, our Industrial Automation application engineering team in China worked alongside them to redesign the architecture from the ground up. The result: a configurable four valve blowing block that delivers 10% more output, reduces compressed air consumption and supports both aseptic and non aseptic production.
