Gas Shaker Whipped Cream Machine

The Gas Shaker machine was specially developed for the whipped cream production process, enabling the simultaneous filling and shaking of aerosol cans. It's also suitable for various other aerosol applications.

The customer needed an all-in-one solution that reduced assembly, piping, and labor costs. They also faced maintenance problems due to self-loosening tie rods in their previous system.

Our IVAC cylinder offers an all-in-one solution, reducing assembly complexity, piping, and labor costs.

Key Features:

• FKM (Viton) Piston Rod Wiper Seal: Ensures durability and reliable performance.

• Extended Length: Overall length increased by 12 mm for enhanced functionality.

• Rear-End Sensor: Single sensor at the rear for precise instroke position monitoring.

• Secured Tie Rods: Tie rods are glued to prevent self-loosening, ensuring low maintenance.

This integrated design delivered the efficiency, reliability, and cost savings required by the customer.
