For two decades, a major multinational company has worked with our engineering team to help develop and manufacture innovative safety and PPE products. Products that help people around the world work safely and efficiently.

So, when the company needed to develop a new breathing air regulator, it was only natural that it turned to us for support.

These breathing air regulators are essential equipment for people working in environments with significant amounts of dust, aerosols, or other contaminants that are dangerous if inhaled.

Which meant every component had to be perfect. The company needed us to handle every stage of the product’s assembly – including thorough testing.

The company also asked for support in developing a new safety system that would warn users of air loss or low air supply.

From first design to final tests: We handle it all

After working with the company to pinpoint the perfect specifications for the product, we stepped in to turn that vision into a reality.

Thanks to 20 years of collaboration, our team was able to anticipate every need and fine-tune the project delivery – ensuring that the final product perfectly fitted the company’s needs.

Our team provides everything needed to get the product on shelves and into customers’ hands: the regulator, all attached accessories, booklets and safety information, and even own branded packaging.

Once the product is assembled, it’s fully safety-tested at our in-house testing facility, using instruments calibrated against those at the company’s own BSI-accredited facility. The product is then sent to the company’s warehouse and shipped directly to customers.

But the pursuit of perfection doesn’t end there; we are constantly updating the product – including the brand-new safety system – to ensure it’s always up to date with the latest safety standards.

There are already plans to work together on several other innovative products. The company’s collaboration with us delivered outstanding results – and demonstrated the true value of partnership once again.
