Expanding the Norgren Treedom forest for our customers

As part of our company-wide ambition to be net zero by 2040, we’re further extending our initiative with Treedom to include the planting of a tree on behalf of our customers.

With our initial Norgren Forest starting earlier this year, we’re excited to announce we’ll be rolling it out globally and planting a tree on behalf of every customer who takes part in our quarterly customer survey during Autumn 2022.


In addition to helping reduce CO2 emissions, every customer who receives a tree will see it planted directly by a local farmer in either South America or Africa, bringing much needed environmental, social and financial benefits to their communities. In addition, every customer will receive a personalised Treedom webpage to track the status of their tree, see its location and the amount of CO2 captured.

The short survey is conducted every quarter to measure our customer service and satisfaction levels via a net promoter score (NPS).
