My team here at Norgren are determined to bring you the best products and services in motion and fluid control. We’ve been serving our customers for 63 years and enjoy working across the diverse landscape of industry that makes up ANZ. This year has been amongst the most difficult in recent history, starting with the terrible forest fires and then dominated by the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite this, we still strive to support you to the best of our abilities.

As the year draws to a close, there are good reasons for optimism and we look forward to serving you in more positive times. To that end, we want to get much closer to you, to hear your views, to understand what we need to improve to make working with us an altogether better experience.

To facilitate a deeper understanding, we are keen to create a series of customer panels. These would be limited to one hour per month, via virtual meeting technology to help us understand the things we need to do to make things better for you, and to sense check our approach.

The first panel will focus on our Digital Service provided by our Website and App. This panel will be split into two - one representing our distributor's view and the other, Engineers. We really want to hear your views, so please register your interest in the short form below.
