High Integrity Hydraulics

The requirements for hydraulically actuated well heads, ESD valves or HIPPS systems are such that valves can remain in a fixed position for months or even years at a time. This introduces particular demands on the hydraulic system; requirements for solenoid valves with virtually zero leakage, coils that can remain 100% energised without failing and in particular, solutions that can be relied upon to operate on demand, even after extended periods of time.

Solenoid Valve Technology

We offer a number of safe, reliable and cost-effective integrated solenoid valve solutions specifically designed for upstream, downstream & chemical applications. From the control of safety critical pneumatic and hydraulic actuators to the the direct handling of aggressive gases and liquids.

Redundant Valve Manifold (RVM) Systems

Redundant systems are required to increase uptime by ensuring the process continues to run in the event of a valve failure; or to increase safety by ensuring the process can be shut down in the event of a failure - or both.

  • Operating Pressure up to 414 Bar (6,000 psi)
  • Pilot Pressure 3 … 12 Bar (45 … 175 psi)
  • Flow rate: 60 l/min (typical). CV 0.28
